Vista Operating System
Please be aware that Windows Vista operating systems is not compatible with our current versions of GroupWise, Blackboard, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and other services.
However, we do offer this tip to assist you in accessing GroupWise with Vista via Internet Explorer version 7.0 when browsing to the GroupWise WebAccess client at http://groupwise.umsmed.edu.
To remedy this problem, you need to turn on SSL 2.0 support in Internet Explorer 7.
Here's how:
Open Internet Explorer 7
Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
Make sure Use SSL 2.0 is checked
Click OK
GroupWise WebAccess should now be accessible.
DIS is partnering with our vendors to achieve Vista compatibility for our systems and we will be updating this information periodically
