Needing Software? Access to new systems? VPN?

We have a new Information Resources Request System!

HTML ------ to access the system

PDF ---- for much more information

This new electronic request system (for UMC active staff, faculty and students only) removes the need to print, sign or fax request forms! It even lets you send the request to your own supervisor/manager for approvals. No more paper!!

All you need is a Novell login name and password. Note: staff members requesting resources for vendors or contract employees MUST have a Human Resources issued identification number for them before they apply for any UMC managed resources. NO exceptions, please!

Thank you!

Teletouch Paging Email Address Update

Effective immediately, the email address for TeleTouch pagers needs to be changed from pagernumber@pageme.teletouch.com to pagernumber@pageme.teletouchpaging.com. While the old email addresses are working for now, they could stop working at any time with no warning. Therefore, we recommend updating any rules or systems at this time. TeleTouch Paging no longer owns the old addresses. If the old addresses stop working this will affect GroupWise rules or anything else that is sending messages to the pagers email address such as the Bed Tracking System.
To determine if your pager is affected by this change, please look on the back of the pager. There is a tag and in small print is the operating frequency of the pager (xxx.xxxx MHz).  If this corresponds to the frequencies 157.7400 MHZ, 462.800 MHZ, and some 929.5125MHz, then the pager will be affected.
The "Pageme" feature of the Web Directory has already been updated to reflect this change.
Please contact Communication Services at 41002 if you have questions.
DIS apologizes for any inconvenience that is caused by this change from Teletouch
